You just type it in and all the percentages, value added, end of key stage
levels, Yellis and Fischer Family Trust Data, and predicted levels are
calculated. You name it, this does it!

Entering Test Scores: Following each test students should be awarded a percentage score. These should
be entered into the corresponding grey boxes replacing the “x”. If the score is 50% or higher the box will automatically turn green showing a
satisfactory pass. If under 50% the box will turn red highlighting cause for
concern.

By scrolling down to the bottom of the list you will be able to check the
average score for that particular test in the yellow box.

Entering Practical Assessment Data
Following each test students should be awarded a score out of 25. These should
be entered into the corresponding grey boxes replacing the “x”.

The Black Group Predictions Box
The black box to the right of this data automatically updates as data is entered
or changed. It shows the number of students predicted to achieve each of the
grades, as well as percentage A*-C and A*-G for the whole group.

The red boxes tell you that a child score less than 50% on test which results in
re-test.
