Athletics - Accurate Replication - Basic Shot Putt
To know, understand and replicate that the Shot Putt uses what is know, understand and replicaten as a pushing action and be able to describe this action in their own words. To be able to grip the shot (or modified other) using the correct grip and be able to check the grip of a partner.
To know, understand and replicate that the whole body must be used in order to maximize the total distance thrown.
To be able to accurately replicate a basic though technically correct putt using modified equipment, starting from a side-on position and using a 1?4 rotation of the upper body.
