To be able to set up and develop a plyometric circuit. To show and understanding of the importance of varying activities to reduce fatigue and overload. To further develop student’s knowledge and understanding of the different types of strength used in different sporting areas, and the tests that are used to measure these strengths. To be able to perform safely the Plyometric exercises on their own.
