Tennis - Turning defence into attack - Basic fore and backhand lob
Objectives: To be able to play a basic though technically correct fore and backhand lob that travels high over the opponents head and lands close to the baseline. To know that the lob can be used as an attacking and defensive shot and understand the differences between each of these. To know when the lob is most likely to be used in a competitive rally and be able to identify this situation during a game. To be able to use the lob in conjunction with the shots learned previously, during a full court competitive singles game.
