Interactive PE

In 2018 we decided that we needed to create the perfect model within the PE Virtual Learning Environment.   

Then we met with a few primary teachers who loved the idea of seeing the elite performer demonstrating the skills initially with their pupils being able to go up to an interactive board or screen and challenge themselves and their peers by following the perfect model.

We then met with BlueBox IT in the greatest city in the World: Sheffield.

They too loved the vision.

We were in their office in May 2018 throwing bean bags and softballs at their Clevertouch whiteboards on wheels! Yes, wheels!

We went away and started to look at everything we had!

The touch screen = something different

The elite performer = the perfect model

The wheels = mobility and accessibility to raise participation.

Right now, we are at phase one where you can see the elite performer using the Clevertouch Whiteboards and interactive tools to show the skills, drills and techniques.

The tasks and lessons can be made as simple or as hard as possible because you can use our plans or animated dills as a plan or individually.

You can also build your own - which is a great tool where there is every resource broken down so with time and investment older students and coaches can create their own plans and lessons too using the perfect visual model.

The lesson plans and schemes have been written by qualified PE Teachers with some still moderating GCSE PE and Cambridge Nationals.

We then contacted a few friends in our sporting world who know the know and are at the top of their game!

We then did the market research and said in a Yorkshire accent... 'let's get it done, lad!  But we must have diversity, equality and a story so that the framework that drives the PE VLE has an interactive focal point around engagement in Physical Activity and Sport - FOR ALL.

Any teacher, student and coach who subscribes has access to everything we offer.

We made it very dynamic so children especially in Primary schools, GCSE groups and coaching sessions can go up and learn themselves with a touch of the screen or simply just download our plans.

This unique application enables any teacher to create a lesson where every student has their own personalised lesson to follow regardless of ability.

Alongside the athlete's performances, you can also see a variety of drills that comprise to make a comprehensive interactive package.

We then found a great animator that hates PE. But our test is whether it makes sense to her and therefore everyone.
